Refund & Return Policy

We want you to enjoy our teas with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns
You may return unopened tea products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products due to health and safety regulations.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged in transit).
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
5. International Orders
Customers outside our home country are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred. International returns must meet the same conditions as above.
